When I took charge of a team of five quality control technicians, the atmosphere was far from ideal.
Delays were piling up, errors in documentation were becoming frequent, and everyone was working in their own corner — with little coordination.
Management and production were starting to lose patience.

The early stages weren’t easy — it took time to convince, explain, and support the team. But week after week, I saw confidence return.Delays and mistakes decreased, communication with the German subsidiary became smoother, and most importantly, Management and other departments began to see the Quality team again as a reliable, trusted partner.

👉 What I’ve learned: Sometimes, it’s not skills that are missing — it’s a clear framework, the right tools, and a shared team dynamic that help everyone rediscover the satisfaction of a job well done.
