When I created DB ASSIST’, I wanted a name that truly reflected who I am and how I work.Eight letters to sum up how I support industrial companies in both quality and export.
Each word in this acronym is a cornerstone of my professional approach — practical, reliable, and deeply human. And because my daily work is trilingual — French, English, and German —, I wanted this acronym to make sense in all three languages.
Believe me, finding words that combine energy, empathy, and professionalism across languages was no small feat…but the result was worth every effort!

D for Dynamism, B for Beaming
In the automotive and manufacturing industries, dynamism is essential.Deadlines are tight, stakeholders are many, and decisions must be made quickly.
I like moving forward, finding solutions without losing accuracy or focus. But this dynamism only makes sense when combined with a beaming attitude — a genuine positivity that makes collaboration smoother and more human.
In quality management, communication is key. It’s not just about ticking boxes or meeting standards like IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 —it’s about trust, respect, and clarity across cultures.
A for Attention, S for Supportive and Smart
I pay close attention to detail, especially when those details can make or break a project.A technical translation misunderstood, an instruction misread — and suddenly, the entire process is at risk.
That’s why I often act as a trilingual quality interface, connecting customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure messages are clear and expectations aligned.
I’m supportive — adapting easily to each company’s culture, constraints, and priorities — and I stay smart in how I handle challenges: pragmatic, flexible, and forward-thinking.
Above all, rigour and reliability define the way I work — qualities that have shaped my 30+ years in international industry.
I for Involvement, S for Solutions, T for Transformative
I put my heart into every mission I take on.When I support a company, I become part of its team — sharing its challenges, urgencies, and successes.
My goal is to bring concrete, efficient solutions — whether it’s about multilingual quality documentation, supplier audits, export procedures, or technical communication in English or German.
I work with the belief that quality and communication can be transformative when handled with precision and empathy. And at the end of the day, that’s what I enjoy most:seeing my clients move forward confidently and calmly, across borders and languages.
At DB ASSIST’, these eight letters are more than an acronym —they represent my work philosophy, my way of listening, translating, and helping industrial companies grow —in French, English, or German.
